Holding an example of humanity, a prominent Islamic organisation of Jammu Kashmir, Tehreek E Soutul Awliya has reached to the flood victims of Kerala and distributed different flood relief items to help them out in this hour of grief and sorrow.
Headed by Tehreek Chief Patron Moulana Abdul Rashid Dawoodi, the team of Soutul Awliya Welfare Foundation left Kashmir on Thursday 6th of September and distributed relief for three consecutive days. They were back today, the 9th of September.
Apart from food items and clothes, cash was also distributed among the
flood victims.
While returning back from Kerala, Moulana Abdul Rashid Dawoodi said, “Islam teaches us to serve humanity and help poor and needy people whenever they are in need. Kashmir has gone through the same floods in 2014 and we needed to help them out in this hour of disaster and loss”.
“Tehreek Soutul Awliya is destined to help needy people irrespective of religious and other differences. We will carry forward our mission of love and care no matter how many problems and disturbances come
into our way”, he added.
Pertinently, Tehreek E Soutul Awliya Welfare Foundation is serving humanity and mankind since 2005.
